Would you favor, if it could be "secure and precisely identifiable" the voting for presidential elections to vote by the internet, rather than by mailed in ballot, or acknowledging the difficulty for people whose business requires out of state traveling, or for the physically handicapped who might under bad weather conditions find it hard to travel to be empowered to make their intentions count for something?.
